All-Kinds-Of-Fur Interactive Story
Inspired by webtoons and webcomics, I illustrated, animated, and coded an interactive narrative for my Spring 2022 capstone project at the Sam Fox School of Art & Design. I chose to illustrate the story All-Kinds-of-Fur by the Brothers Grimm. I enjoyed designing the characters and key objects from the story, and I was challenged to create a narrative according to the scrolling format of a webcomic. Below are some of my animations and screenshots of the site. You can view my site here.

My biggest challenge (and greatest accomplishment) in this project was figuring out how to turn a two-dimensional story into an illustrated narrative that flows without the break of turning a page. I designed the layout of the story with the viewer in mind, coming up with various strategies of transitioning to different scenes in the story while also making each page visually interesting and unique. (My favorite part was animating, and the worst part was coding.)
